Mark O’Shea worked at Microsoft for 20 years across a variety of technologies and groups from SMB through to Enterprise, and was awarded Microsoft MVP status for the first time in July 2012, and it has been renewed each year since then. He currently runs his own consulting and training company, focused on user and device management with Microsoft 365 technologies. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, he has been the principal trainer for Enterprise Mobility + Security and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance training activities for Microsoft Australia to their deployment partners.

Mark regularly presents at global Microsoft events including TechEd, Worldwide Partner Conference, Tech Ready, and most recently at their Tech Summit, Inspire and Ignite events over the past year.
