The Partner Learning Centre (PLC) is the central training database where learners can register for classroom training, online training and consume on-demand training. To get access to the PLC, partner individuals will need to log-in using an associated windows live id, which has been associated to a Partner Organisation.

The Simplified Association Process tool provides a quick and efficient way for individuals to update their current Windows Live ID or connect it to their company’s Microsoft Partner Network profile.
